• Master's thesis: Post-acquisition performance of active acquirers of divested assets in the software industry (2008).

Current research

I am currently working on a paper for EURAM 2009 conference. The paper studies shareholder wealth returns from acquisitions and divestments of the same assets in the software industry, and the effect of the divesting firm's financial condition on these returns. More info.

My current general research area is focused on corporate strategy, particularly inorganic growth through mergers and acquisitions in the software industry.
